Assignment:
Select a product and trace the customer journey from before the purchase, through the purchase to after the purchase. Enumerate the MOT and the touchpoints.
Next, write a letter to the Director of Marketing for the company and suggest additional touchpoints that will help in customer acquisition or customer retention. Be sure to give the reasoning in the letter.
Send me the list and the letter (as one document) via SEND ME tab and name if 7-LAST-Touchpoints.
