Welcome back . . . now get to work :)

We are going to jump to the chapter on logistics to prepare you for the WSU field trip.
You are going to read (and understand!) these two case studies:
1. Coffee - The Supply Chain
2. Managing the supply chain to meet customer needs

 Write any terms you are not familiar with on the board.

 We will have a brief discussion and then you will prepare a presentation on one of the two case studies.
